This action dominated film titled "Arahan"is directed by Ryu Seung-Wan.
What's special about this director is that he is the older brother of the actor
Ryu Seung-Bum While this guy is only into acting, Ryu Seung-Wan is doing
both acting and directing which makes him one heck of an experience
worker in the film industry. His past involvements include acting in the award
winning film "Oasis" as well as "Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance," and directing
the black comedy "No blood, no tears." Now for the cast, (not too
surprisingly,) his younger brother Ryu Seung-Bum got the principal role and
the female lead is played by a new comer name Yoon So-Lee. This is her
film debut after appearing recently in a Korean drama titled "Tell me you love
me."

"Arahan" tells a story of one naive yet passionate man name Sang-Hwan.
Sang-Hwan lives a normal life as a recent hired police officer. The main
reason why he loves his job? So he can catch the bad guys and put them
into justice of course! That was his life until he meets with this strange group
who identify themselves as "Arahchi" members. So this members tells
Sang-Hwan that they can train him to unleash the power within him. Of
course Sang-Hwan doesn't buy any of their illogical theories. That is if it
was not for this mysterious and attractive girl name Oui-Jeen. To get to
know more Oui-Jeen who is part of the Arachi martial art group, Sang-Hwan
joins in and starts to be trained by her father, and slowly he learns that just
maybe Arachi's theories aren't as crazy as it seems...
